Welcome

TUFF - (noun) a rock formed by fines, fused together by intense heat.   (adj)  edgy, having grit, tenacity

T - Tested

Job 23:10-11   But God knows me. He is testing me and will see that I am as pure as gold. I have always lived the way God wants. I have never stopped following him. (ERV)

I PT 1:7   These troubles test your faith and prove that it is pure. And such faith is worth more than gold. Gold can be proved to be pure by fire, but gold will ruin. When your faith is proven to be pure, the result will be praise and glory and honor when Jesus Christ comes. (ERV)

U - Undaunted

Psalm 46:1-3   God is our refuge and strength, a tested help in times of trouble. And so we need not fear even if the world blows up and the mountains crumble into the sea. Let the oceans roar and foam; let the mountains tremble! (TLB)

John 16:33   I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have [perfect] peace and confidence. In the world you have tribulation and trials and distress and frustration; but be of good cheer [take courage; be confident, certain, undaunted]! For I have overcome the world. [I have deprived it of power to harm you and have conquered it for you.] (AMPC)

F - Fearlessly

Isa 41:10 'Do not yield to fear, for I am always near. Never turn your gaze from me, for I am your faithful God. I will infuse you with my strength and help you in every situation. I will hold you firmly with my victorious right hand.’' (TPT)

Deut 31:6 “Be strong. Take courage. Don’t be intimidated. Don’t give them a second thought because God, your God, is striding ahead of you. He’s right there with you. He won’t let you down; he won’t leave you.” (MSG)

F - Fighting

Jude 3    Beloved, while I was making every effort to write you about our common salvation, I was compelled to write to you [urgently] appealing that you fight strenuously for [the defense of] the faith which was once for all handed down to the saints [the faith that is the sum of Christian belief that was given verbally to believers]. (AMP)

I Tim 6:12   Fight the good fight of the faith [in the conflict with evil]; take hold of the eternal life to which you were called, and [for which] you made the good confession [of faith] in the presence of many witnesses. (AMP)

Matt 16:24-26   So who can separate us? What can come between us and the love of God’s Anointed? Can troubles, hardships, persecution, hunger, poverty, danger, or even death? The answer is, absolutely nothing. As the psalm says, On Your behalf, our lives are endangered constantly; we are like sheep awaiting slaughter. But no matter what comes, we will always taste victory through Him who loved us. (VOICE)

Our History

When you review the History of JWF and Hill Top Equestrian Center, you might say our legacy began in Lewisburg with prayer and a school building. You may know enough about me as your pastor to say it began with a grandmother who prayed for her favorite grandson to come to know Jesus. You may even know enough about the land upon which our ministry sets to say it began with a German immigrant family by the name of Ware who decided to settle a homestead near water and in a field of stone; a half mile long monument stands to declare their perseverance and tenacity as they cleared the fields of large granite stones that time had left behind so that they might be able to plant and harvest the fruits of their labor. All of these statements are mere reminders, the pavers that were placed on top of the true beginning and foundation of JWF & HTEC's legacy. Before the foundations were laid, the Apostle John calls us all to remember, "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things came into being through Him, and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being. In Him was life, and the life was the Light of men."

It was God's word by which all things were created, the word that is a continual lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path that gave birth to our Legacy. This legacy shall have enduring, eternal, everlasting consequences if we remain careful to guard it as a treasure, retain it as a standard, protect it as the only words of life by heeding the warning of Proverbs 23:10 Do not move the ancient boundary Or go into the fields of the fatherless." The Word of God and the souls it redeems unto life, these are our true legacies. We will continue to preach His infallible Word in season and out of season. We will reprove, rebuke, exhort, with great patience and instruction, enduring hardship, fulfilling our ministry, His Legacy!

In Christ,

Pastor Jim
